Company Overview
Premium woven fabric manufacturer · Fabric & fashion-ready manufacturing partner
BTM's textile legacy began in 1964 with dhoti manufacturing. The business expanded into processing and weaving before Baldev Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. was formally established in 2005 by Shri Laxmikant Purohit, Shri Subhash Sonthalia, and Shri Ravishankar Panchloriya.
From early processing operations to sectional warping, sectional sizing, multi-technology weaving, Inspection (QC), and Fabric Ready preparation, BTM has grown through disciplined manufacturing and long-term continuity. Today, the company is led by Ramkumar Purohit, Krishna Purohit, and Ankit Sonthalia.
Every yard of fabric produced at BTM passes through a controlled, technology-driven process — from yarn preparation to final Inspection (QC) — ensuring that what leaves our facility meets the standards our partners expect. Our infrastructure spans Airjet, Rapier, Jacquard, sectional warping, sectional sizing, sampling, Inspection (QC), and fabric-ready operations for modern fabric and fashion requirements.

Core Values
The principles behind how we manufacture, communicate, and partner.
Every yard passes through a controlled, technology-driven process — from yarn preparation to final Inspection (QC) — so partners receive fabric that meets specification, every time.
Our textile heritage began in 1964, and Baldev Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2005. That continuity informs the dependable timelines, production discipline, and consistency our long-term manufacturing partnerships require.
Airjet, Rapier, Jacquard, sectional warping, sectional sizing, and sampling capabilities give partners the flexibility to develop diverse constructions without switching suppliers.
Integrated quality control at every stage — warping, sizing, weaving, and Inspection (QC) — ensures repeatable results across volumes and programs.
We work as an extension of our partners' production planning — understanding requirements, specifications, and timelines as part of an ongoing relationship.
